a) You must be 18 years or older to enter the competition
b) Entry is open only to New Zealand residents actually residing in New Zealand. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or its affiliates, participating outlets and agencies associated with Liquorland and this promotion are ineligible.
c) Liquorland accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Only one valid entry per person will be accepted.
d) Competition period is 7 Feb 2017 to 26 Feb 2017. Prize drawn on 6 March 2017. Winner will only be contacted via the email provided on entry. If winner does not make contact within 7 days of the initial email, another winner will be redrawn.
e) Winning decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
f) Prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
g) To the extent permitted by law, Liquorland, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses (whether direct, indirect or consequential) suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion and/or its prizes.
h) Prize is $500 only towards lunch at a vineyard in your local region. A maximum of 25% of the total bill can be used to purchase alcohol. Transport to and from the vineyard is not provided by Liquorland and is up to the winner to organise.
i) By entering this prize draw, each entrant consents to the information he/she submits with his/her entry being entered into a database and that the Promoter may use this information to advise entrants of any future Liquorland promotions unless the entrant indicates otherwise. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the Auckland office of Liquorland Limited at 58 Roma Road, Mt Roskill, Auckland. Any request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
j) To qualify for Fly Buys bonus points, you must enter the Picked By You microsite from the links provided in Fly Buys promoted advertising and you must enter a valid Fly Buys card number.
