(2) Liquorland Locals Terms and Conditions
1. Instructions and information on Liquorland Locals form part of these terms and conditions.
2. You must be over 18 to register.
3. You can manage and change the details of your profile on the ‘my profile’ page on the liquorlandlocals.co.nz website.
4. Liquorland reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence this service at any time, including (without limitation) if for any reason the service is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or technical failures).
5. To the extent permitted by law, Liquorland, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses (whether direct, indirect or consequential) suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this service.
6. By registering as a member of Liquorland Locals, each member consents to the information he/she submits being entered into a database and that Liquorland may use this information to advise members of any future Liquorland promotions unless the entrant indicates otherwise. All personal details of the members will be stored at the Liquorland Head Office at 58 Roma Road, Mt Roskill, Auckland. Any request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
(3) PocketVouchers Terms and Conditions
1. The first 500 respondents texting ‘Makers’ to
393 will receive a $5 POCKETvoucher towards the purchase of a 750ml bottle of
Maker’s Mark Bourbon.
2. $5 discount applies once only per purchase, however you can receive multiple
vouchers.
3. Voucher must be redeemed before the expiry date.
4. Vouchers can only be redeemed on purchasing a Maker’s Mark Bourbon 750ml
Bottle.
5. Vouchers can only be redeemed at Liquorland stores.
6. You will receive your POCKETvoucher via the mobile phone number supplied.
7. POCKETvouchers cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
8. You will receive your POCKETvoucher via text message within 24 hours.
9. If you’ve deleted your POCKETvoucher you can get it resent by texting
LOSTLOCALS to 393.
10. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after stores close on Sunday, 6 March 2011.
